Raisin and Maple Dubbel racked off
Racked off the raisin and maple dubbel today to a glass 5 gallon demijohn and topped up the level with cooled boiled water. The SG looks like the ABV will be around the 9% mark. Put it in a cool dark place to mature - the garage.
