Licorice Stout - racked off and very exciting

Just racked off the licorice stout - can't believe how good it tastes already. Tons of body and flavour, nicely mellow though. Can't actually taste the licorice but it definitely balances the roasty taste. The alcohol content is around 9.25% at present but by the time I've topped up the demijohn with cooled boiled water, it will probably be around 8.5% which is ok.
