Licorice Stout - Another dark puddle

Came down to another darker than usual mess this morning after brew day. Think a bit of licorice or something must have got jammed in the air lock with all the foaming and eventually blew the top off the fermentation bucket. Will have to repaint the wall if this keeps happening. Cleaned it all up, replace the airlock and lid. I find the steady plop-plop of the air lock a reassuring sound
